Victory Cruise Casino Shut Down for Safety Violations

The “Victory II” casino cruise ship is forcibly docked after a safety inspection by the Coast Guard determined the ship was unsafe for passengers.
The ship usually has multiple trips a day from Mayport. On Monday, A sign on the front door says the ship is not sailing.
The Victory II holds 600 people and cruises into international waters where gambling is legal.
